Convivial and festive
Capable of welcoming up to 150 people inside, and 120 on the terrace, Jacky and Adrien, in partnership with their chef, annually create 2 seasonal menus, uniquely combining tradition and know-how with such local ingredients as crottin de Chavignol, jambon de Sancerre, tête de veau, snails etc…).
The rustic spirit of the local flavours is mixed with a touch of modernism, most notably in their original burgers, and the Hotel Le Rempart’s restaurant will surprise you with its cooking that marries hedonism to authenticity, with its original creations, such as the slate boards of deconstructed products (beef, camembert etc…).

We rigorously source the beat meat, only of French origin, carefully selected to offer you an irreproachable quality and finesse.
